Events should leave a beautiful trace.
Nuclear Fusion Events brings music, sustainability, community, and forward-thinking imagination into the same cultural space.
We develop public education, practical pilots, and partnerships that make better ways of gathering visible, useful, and real.

The problem and the shift
The values may be real. The experience still has to catch up.
What keeps going wrong
A plan buried backstage does not change what people feel in the room. Neither does a partner logo, a recycling bin, or a grand impact claim with nothing behind it.
- Audiences get treated as inventory instead of participants.
- Workers and local communities arrive too late in the design.
- Big promises appear before a credible first test.
What NFE is building instead
Put the public benefit inside the experience, then show what actually happened.
- Listen before designing.
- Make the values visible, useful, and human.
- Start with pilots, document the limits, and improve.
Three pillars
Energy. Ecology. Consciousness.
A simple lens for deciding what belongs, what helps, and what is just decoration.
Energy
How power moves
Where energy comes from, what it costs, and how culture can make cleaner systems understandable.
Ecology
The living system beneath the event
Materials, food, water, transport, waste, restoration, and the relationships connecting them.
Consciousness
The human part of the system
Care, attention, wellbeing, belonging, and our place inside the world around us.
Current work
Build small enough to learn. Build well enough to matter.
Right now, NFE is focused on public education, partner development, pilot design, and measurement that can survive contact with reality.
Regenerative Event Pilot Lab
Focused pilots that let festivals, venues, and communities test one useful idea before anyone declares a revolution.
Public Education and Field Building
Writing and resources about regenerative festivals, audience care, cultural infrastructure, and responsible event design.
Wellbeing and Visible Sustainability
Care, accessibility, hydration, recovery, clean energy, circular materials, and systems people can actually experience.
We are early, and we say so. NFE has not yet produced a large-scale public festival. Current work is research, public education, relationship-building, pilot design, and measurement. We will not call something impact until there is evidence behind it.
Founder-led, deliberately early
Built from two decades inside live culture.
Richard Saxe Coulson founded NFE after years across nightlife, festivals, music media, artist infrastructure, and international touring. The aim is not to bolt sustainability onto culture. It is to make culture part of how better systems become real.
“Temporary cultural worlds can do more than entertain us. They can help us practice better ways of caring for people, sharing resources, supporting culture, and living together.”
Nonprofit transparency
The official details should not require detective work.
Nuclear Fusion Events is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3). The legal name, EIN, address, verification links, and current organizational status are public.
